Many Information Governance initiatives are, at their core, change management initiatives. Managing change requires a unique combination of skills, from recognizing the impact to helping individuals and the organization through it. This session will provide a practical approach to implementing effective change management at all levels of the organization to support your IG initiative. Topics will include change impacts, how to structure a Change Management Plan, how to implement the plan, how to integrate it with the communication strategy. Session will describe multiple real world examples of change management successes and failures.
