Anthony Hémond is senior privacy counsel with Air Canada dealing with all data protection issues and questions (agreements, data breach, AI, governance, spam). Previously, he was senior legal counsel and privacy manager for a media/communications company in Québec (Canada). He has obtained master degrees in IT Law from “Université de Montréal” and from “Université de Montpellier I” (France) in Intellectual Property. He has been published in several occasions in “Cahiers de propriété intellectuelle” and in the Canadian Journal of Law and Technology. He is a IAPP certified information privacy manager.
