Front-End Cloud Architect
For 10 years, I’ve explored the user experience, first as a student and then as trainer, coach, and administrator. Through each role, my advocacy for design thinking has increasingly evolved, as has my user ambassadorship.
Whether I’m teaching a new skill or investigating user goals, I always strive to instill empathy and accessibility into user workflows and my instruction. In my role today, as Cloud Architect, I focus on maximizing the availability of data to strengthen internal operations, enabling decision making that is as swift as it is strategic. I’m also a big proponent of transformational change that is ignited by technology-enabled optimization. I routinely challenge redundancies with the goal of creating better, more agile processes and increased creative thought sharing. I love that I can shape and enhance systems that help people get their job done faster and more effectively.
As an engaged member and speaker in the technical community, I enjoy sharing my excitement and insights on user design, information architecture, and process automation. To keep pace with the world’s reimagination of productivity, I’m currently studying Technological Entrepreneurship & Management at Arizona State University and continuing my research outside of the classroom, diving into topics like low-code development and user theory.
